Hello everyone! I'm Gabriele, one of the owners of RG Cleaning Services.
Commitment is the word that describes us. In 2022, we embarked on a dream of establishing a company with a unique vision of treating every home as if it were our own. I have worked for several spectacular cleaning businesses, where I gained a lot of incredible experience and learnings that I could pass on in the future. I started as the only cleaner, but due to the consistently positive feedback from our clients, they would often recommend our services to their acquaintances. This resulted in growth and the formation of a company! Our mission is to create a culture of utmost respect and care for each home, fostering an environment that reflects our values of honesty, integrity, and trust.
Today, we have a trained team with the same commitment to clean development and comfortable environments in our clients' homes. Our cleaning services span Monmouth, Middlesex, and Ocean counties and cover commercial areas and residential properties throughout New Jersey. Our goal is to support busy families, allowing them to focus on what matters: maintaining a clean and organized home. What is your quoting process?After conducting a brief visit to your home, we would be pleased to provide you with a personalized quote. The price of our services will be determined by the size of your house and the frequency of cleanliness that you specify. Do you use your own cleaning products and equipment?We can provide cleaning products for a fee or we can use your own products. Many customers have specific preferences, so when it comes to cleaning material selection, we tend to work with our customers based on their needs and preferences.

Will I get the same cleaners on every visit?We make a concerted effort to provide consistency in our cleaning services by planning the routes and service areas of our teams in a manner that ensures you receive the same personnel during each visit of your recurring cleaning service. In the event that any changes to our personnel are necessary, we will always provide advance notice to our valued customers to minimize any potential inconvenience.

Can I cancel a scheduled cleaningAs a company, we greatly value the contributions of our customers in meeting the demand for our cleaning services and maintaining an adequate level of staffing. Therefore, we kindly request that any cancellations of scheduled appointments be communicated to us no less than one week prior to the intended date. We recognize that unforeseeable circumstances may occur, and in such cases, we will make every effort to accommodate any last-minute changes due to exceptional situations. If such a situation arises, we urge you to contact us promptly, so that we may collaborate on a mutually beneficial solution.

How is payment made?Payment is due on the day of service with no exceptions and can be made in cash, check, or bank transfer. We can work out a different payment arrangement based on your needs, as long as it is discussed and agreed upon prior to the cleaning service day

Is there a contract for me to sign?No. We only ask for seven days’ notice prior to your scheduled cleaning date if you need to pause services.

How do I know what is included in my cleaning service?We provide a list of what’s included during the quote process, so you know exactly what you’re paying for before scheduling our cleaning.
